"Kubota, a private room Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) specializing in charcoal-grilled yakitori" is located on the third floor of a restaurant building between Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station.The store's name is "Kubota," but it is not a restaurant that specializes in Japanese sake, but a private room Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that has been increasing recently. Once I learned how comfortable this style is, I always choose a private room when I have a small group. This time, it fits comfortably in a two-seater with a friend. The restaurant's recommendation is the charcoal-grilled yakitori, which is also in the restaurant's name. I ordered a platter, and the thigh meat and skin were delicious. The ``broiled mackerel'' and ``homemade special Nanban chicken'' are also delicious! I might order this next time I come. It tasted like that. Lots of salad too! If you split it between two people, it would be about 3 servings. Prices for each item start from around 700 yen, so I feel this is a store with good cost performance. Ordering can be done remotely using modern convenience. I think there are some people who are not used to it, but I think this will become the mainstream. There are many bars in this building, but are they all this crowded? I'm glad that the atmosphere has returned, but I wonder if people will no longer be able to enter without a reservation.
