2024年5月中旬平日 担々麺 980円
浜松町の居酒屋でランチにラーメンを出している店があると知り訪問。
12時少し前の到着で行列が出来ていて驚いたが隣の洋食屋の並びだった。
店は2階建てで１階が厨房とテーブル18席、2階がてテーブル32席。
１階は満席だったので2階席に案内される。2階席は先客が１組だけだったが、12時を過ぎると後客が押寄せ満席になった。
ラーメンメニューは海老拉麺、担々麺、鶏豚骨醤油、濃厚魚介つけ麺。他に海鮮丼、麻婆豆腐などがある。
海老料理が看板の居酒屋なので海老拉麺から行くべきだが、辛いのが食べたくなり担々麺を中辛で注文。大盛りか小ライスサービスとのことで小ライスをお願いした。
５分ほどでお盆に乗って丼が登場。紙エプロンやミルに入った花椒、穴あきレンゲなど色々と付いてくる。
スープは醤油清湯がベースで胡麻の風味が確り感じられまずまず美味しい。辛さはヒリヒリと結構辛め。花椒も香り適度に痺れる。
麺は担々麺には珍しい中太縮れ。モチゴワな食感で悪くは無いがチョット違うかな。
具は肉みそ、糸唐辛子、ネギ。肉みそは粒が大きめ。量は少なく少々寂しい。
麺を食べ終わり、底に沈んだ肉みそとスープをご飯にかけて美味し雑炊を楽しみ終了。ご馳走さまでした。
