I made a reservation over the phone and went with three colleagues. Appetizers are always beautiful. Today's dish is komatsuna ohitashi and sesame tofu, which are seasoned dishes that are perfect for starting a drink. <First dish I tried> Wagyu meat pie → The right amount of crispiness demands moisture (lol) Deep-fried chicken with mustard greens and seaweed → → This is not just fried chicken, but a creative combination of ingredients. The true value of Japanese cuisine. It was refreshing. Cheese Hanpen → Cheese is a slightly peculiar type (I forget the name). This seems to go well with light sake. <Today's Best> Murasuke (Tokiwa Label Namazake [Niigata]) Junmai Daiginjo standard → I was surprised by this sake. If you drank it blind, you would nod if someone told you it was a citrus wine. You will be captivated by the very bright citrus flavor. The acid balance is exquisite. As you continue drinking it, the taste will change. It seems to go well before or after a meal rather than as an accompaniment drink. Limited lunch, beautiful portions, fatty yellowtail, year-end tranquility, and a luxurious lunchtime.
I came here to eat lunch, which is limited to 10 meals a day. Whenever I passed by the store at lunchtime, it was always sold out, but today, perhaps because it's the end of the year, there weren't many customers. I finally got around to the limited lunch. Since I changed the grilled fish to sashimi, there is an additional charge of 500 yen. Today's sashimi was yellowtail, Spanish mackerel, and pufferfish. The beauty of the food is truly amazing. Just looking at Small dish is mesmerizing. The sashimi, especially the yellowtail, was fatty and had a good richness. I would like to use it when I want to have a slightly luxurious lunch, or for lunch with close friends. 明るい店 同僚と酌み交わす 創作の盛り 日本酒の夜 長く通う予感
平日の夜19時過ぎ、同僚と二人で明るい店内に誘われて、飛び込みで入りました。
料理もお酒もサービスも大変気に入りました。これから長く通いそうな予感がします。
料理はどの品もちょこっとエッジが立った創作性があり、なによりも盛り付けにもこだわっています。
お酒は特に日本酒の種類が多く、料理に合う銘柄を教えてくれます。普段はハイボール党の同僚も珍しく日本酒を堪能していました。
おもてなしの気持ちが伝わってくるお店です。

今日は同僚といつもより少し早めのランチタイム。目指していたお店に向かう途中、ふと目に留まったこちらのお店で、運良く限定10食のランチにありつくことができました。急遽予定を変更して入店し、

をいただきました。
メインの魚は新鮮なタイ。品数も豊富で、洗練された味わいが楽しめます。少し塩辛さが強めですが、それもまた魅力の一つ。価格は少し高めですが、その価値は十分にあり、幸せな気持ちでお昼を過ごすことができました。
