平日の18:10に到着。
カウンター6席、2人テーブル2卓のキャパ。
お客さんは1銘のみ。
注文は、ワンタンラァ麺(肉2、エビ2)1200円。
スープはしお山椒を選択。
5分程度で着丼。
スープはあっさりしているけど、旨味があって美味しい。
2種類のワンタンはどちらも美味しいけど、エビの方が好み。
チャーシューは、少し獣臭さがあった気がする。気にし過ぎかも。
麺はストレート。
白髪ネギは少しだけ。ネギのみじん切りとか入っていたら、嬉しかったかな。
半熟玉子が半分。玉子が入っているだけで◯。
あとは美味しいメンマさえ入っていたら、文句なかったのだが…
醤油も食べてみたいが、次回は昆布水つけ麺かな。
