✅しば漬けの海苔巻きにローストビーフがたっぷり乗る、派手な一品。ネギとニンニクチップも大量に乗り、添えられたおろしポン酢でいただく。とにかくローストビーフの量に驚く。食べても食べても減らないボリュームは圧巻。多少スジが口に当たるが、十分なおいしさ。おろしポン酢のおかげでライトに食べ進められた。海苔巻きは及第点。ボリュームかなりある。

✅チーズがたっぷり乗る出汁巻卵。オムレツ状でふわふわの食感、卵のやさしいおいしさと出汁のマイルドな味わいで心落ち着ける。2種の焼きチーズはかなり味わい強め、チーズ好きも大満足できそう。チーズのおいしさで旨みかなりアップしていた。

✅柵切りサーモンにたっぷりのいくらが乗る特別感あるユッケ。黄身も乗り、ネギもたまねぎもたっぷりと。タレはオーソドックスなユッケダレ、甘みとこってり感は求めるまま。卵黄とたっぷりのいくらで濃厚さ更に高められている。サーモンは食感良いが甘みや脂の感じはタレに負けていた。後味でサーモンの旨みを感じ取れる。
＊【数量限定！国産和牛サーロイン寿司(4巻)】1,480円
✅ご飯の上に炙られた薄切りサーロイン肉、ネギや揚げにんにくもたっぷり乗る。醤油でなく甘ダレがかかる。甘ダレ強めでお肉自体の味わいは抑え目、脂の強めなおいしさは徐々に分かってきた。ご飯は酢飯でなく白米、大きなお肉でインパクト大な一品。
