Visited on a Thursday at 8pm with a reservation. Please note that it is located a little far from the map and is opposite Futoshi Sushi. When you go up the spiral staircase, you will be guided to a beautiful counter seat. Japanese-style meal and Tentomi [Special] Kaiseki course. [With seat] The first one I was served was super luxurious. Grilled snow crab with crab miso, red jellyfish in vinegar, Vinegared dish with ohitashi, mozuku, cucumber with green tang miso, and red bean liver. The grilled snow crab had a great firm flavor and aroma. The red bean liver was delicious without being addictive in a good way, and it was a luxurious appetizer. [Shirayaki eel] Fluffy shirayaki goes really well with wasabi. It's such a luxurious lineup that you'll wonder if it's okay to skip this much from the beginning. [5 types of sashimi] From the back: Oma fatty tuna, golden sea bream, red shellfish, grilled kamasu, and shime mackerel. It's a little blurry, but the fatty tuna looks like a king and is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The red clams, which I personally love, are crunchy and flavorful, and are the best, and the grilled kamasu is melty and delicious with its aroma. Even the mackerel was fatty and delicious. [Steamed red king crab and abalone] A delicious dish filled with burinburi meat. The abalone is also plump and feels like the ultimate luxury. [Sea urchin, salmon roe, and large toro mini bowl] It may be a bit of a surprise, but it's delicious and will make you smile. Each one is the main part of the dish, so for me personally, the harmony of wrapping it in seaweed was the best. [3 types of tempura ✖️2] Log shiitake mushrooms, red eggplant, and prawns. All the vegetables are juicy and have a gentle flavor. Even the legs of the prawns are delicious. Next is smelt, asparagus, sea urchin, and scallops deep-fried. The smelt was said to be made with curry salt, so I was skeptical, but it was delicious. Of course, it's also simple and delicious with salt. The scallops and sea urchin were also delicious, beyond the visuals that seemed to overflow with flavor. [Chawanmushi] Simple with shimeji mushrooms and Nanko plum. The shimeji mushrooms were bigger than I expected, and the plum accent was exquisite, making it delicious as well. [Fried conger eel] The soup has a soft flavor, and it is delicious when it warms up. [Seafood takikomi rice] I was already full, but if it had crab and salmon roe in it, I would definitely eat it again lol I was a little drunk, so it was a bit difficult to eat deliciously with chopsticks, but the dessert was also melon. It was a lineup that made you feel luxurious until the end. By 21:00, there were almost no customers, and it was a sorry state. If you allow it, it will be reserved use. The chef took the time to explain things to us, and we were able to enjoy the meal.
