久しぶりの、一町一魚定食コーナー。
今回は三田で食べられる魚定食のお店をご紹介してまいりましょう。屋号は『はま多゛』、ご夫婦で切り盛りする老舗店でございます。刺身や鯖塩など定番のメニューもありますが、断然一番人気を誇るのが「鯵たたき定食」。日によっては１回転めで売り切れることも少なくないとか。確実に食べたい方は、オープン時間での訪問をおすすめします。
定食は鯵のたたき、納豆と漬物、それにご飯と味噌汁で構成されます。
鯵は粗くたたいたもので、大量の葱と和えたもの。たっぷりの生姜を添えており、これを醤油に溶かして食べる感じ。新鮮さの伝わるフレッシュな食感が特徴。生姜醤油をたっぷりつければ、その風味の強さにキリッと引き締まります。定食で最も重要なことの１つはご飯と味噌汁だが、この好感度が高いのが嬉しいポイントです。ご馳走様でした。
