ランチは軽めに和食にしようと、久しぶりの「はま多」。12:10入店にして、すでに鯵たたき丼は欠品、それでもお刺身の最後の一食にギリギリ手が届く。これを逃すと、鯖塩焼き一択となる。
ここで鯵たたきやお刺身にありつくのは、昼休みフライングなしには至難の業。鯖塩焼きも美味しいが、希少な鯵たたきや刺身にありつけると、運気が上がる気がする。
お刺身は、量少なめで一見普通に見えるが、コリッとした新鮮な食感と旨みが、バランスよく同居しており、相変わらず高いクォリティ。
納豆、お新香、味噌汁とともに、ご飯を食べれば、カロリー抑えめで、終わりよし。
