今日は朝から絶対にはま多の鯵叩きを食べたかったので、テレワーク中抜けで走る走る。
開店10分前の11:20に到着すると待ち行列3番目。予定通り。
10番目くらい迄に飛び込めば、究極の鯵叩き定食にありつけるのだ。
こちらは「ホルモンまさる」「ラーメン二郎三田本店」と並び称される「三田の行列の銘店」。
カウンターで無事に鯵get。カウンター4名の注文は全員鯵叩き。その他テーブル10名も瞬く間に満席。鯵叩き売り切れ。
おかみさんの満席お断り開始。
親父さんの左利きの包丁捌き衰えず。
なめろうではないので叩き過ぎは禁物。鮮度も腕もいいので「切り口が立っている」のである。
素晴らしい。
午後も仕事頑張れる。
