久しぶりに田町で飲むことになり、せっかくだから新しいお店を開拓しようとこちらのお店を予定。
鳥刺しが美味しそうだったので、鳥刺し目当てです。
まずはにがうりポン酢と胸肉の唐揚げを注文。
ドリンクはすぐきましたが、早めにくるかなぁと思って注文したにがうりポン酢は注文から25分後に提供。胸肉の唐揚げは注文してから55分後に提供されるスロー提供店でした。料理がくるまでずっとビールばっかり飲んでなので、食べる前にちょっと満腹になる始末。笑
お目当ての鳥刺し3点盛りと胸肉たたき（梅肉）も食べました。刺身系は思ったより早く提供されました。
お料理の味は全部うまい。鳥刺しは砂肝、ササミ、レバーとレバーの上にはハツも乗っていました。
胸肉の唐揚げは揚げ方が上手なのか、良い鳥を使ってるからなのかジューシーでパサパサ感は全くなく、鶏肉をしっかり感じられます。
提供が早ければかなり良いお店だと思います。
芋焼酎の品揃えがたくさんあるので、焼酎好きにはおすすめです。
