スープはかつお出汁の優しい旨みで、塩味もちょうど良く美味しいです。
麺は平打ちのモチモチとした太麺で、少し柔らかめですが、普通のラーメンで使われていても違和感のないタイプ。
トッピングは、三枚肉のチャーシュー、かまぼこ、紅生姜、ネギ。
チャーシューは味の染み具合が良くてこれも美味しい。
紅生姜の酸味がアクセントに効いてます。
追加の辛ネギは別添えの提供。
ラー油の香ばしさで味変としてグッド。
