この日は友人たちとの全国郷土料理飲み会の宴で今回は愛媛県編ということでこのお店を訪れました。玄界灘の海の幸を堪能できるということでどんな料理に巡り合えるか楽しみにして宴会がスタートしました！
まずは、生ビールと適当にじゃこてんや冷奴などをアテにスタートして、浜蒸しなるタコを豪快に蒸したものが有名なようなので、そのあたりを注文し、酒はハイボールに移行しました。
このタコ蒸しは、想像は軟らかいのか？と思っていたのですが、食べてみると意外に弾力があるものの旨味が凝縮されており美味しかったですね！
そして宴会も終盤にさしかかると、浜蒸しとダブル推しだった鯛飯を締めにいただくことにしました。
すると、これは間違いのない味わいで、絶対にこの店に来たら食べるべき！と思わせるような鯛の旨味がしっかりご飯に絡んでいて最高に美味しかったです！
玄界灘の海の幸を十分に満喫することができて満足しましたが、月曜日からハイボールを飲みまくってしまったため翌日のダメージが大きかったのが失敗でした･･･
