久しぶりの晴山
約２年ぶりくらいの晴山さん。
やはり素晴らしい内容でした。
一品目はさっぱりとした毛蟹と雲丹。
スッポンとフカヒレのお椀は素晴らしく上品なフカヒレに仕上がっていてとても美味しかったです。
お造りはアオリイカと車海老。
この日1番美味しかったのは蛤とキャビアのうどん。
くちこの春巻きとトキシラズ。
穴子の天ぷらは温泉卵に和えていただきましたが美味しかったです。
なすとお肉は上品でした。
〆はタコのご飯。
デザートはマンゴーとプリン。
とても美味しかったです。
大将も覚えていてくれて話もでき楽しい会食でした。
ごちそうさまでした。

へ行ってきました
約一年ぶりでしたが大将もしっかり覚えていてくれてとても良い雰囲気になりました
車海老の白和え
一品目は日本料理に来たなと実感させてくれるお料理でのスタートとなりました
フカヒレのお椀
フカヒレの唐揚げをお椀で少しずつほぐしながらいただきましたが絶品でした。出汁はすっぽんでした。
フグ刺し
厚めに切り付けられたフグ刺しは間違いないですね！
焼きフグ
これは骨の周りで柔らかくホクホク。醤油ベースのタレが美味しすぎました
カラスミご飯
これはお酒が進みます
焼き鴨
青首鴨を鉄板で焼きます。これは素晴らしく美味しい！
コロッケ
晴山の蟹コロッケ。何回食べても美味しいですね！
のどぐろ
日本料理ならではの大根と合わせていただきました
フカヒレサンド
最初はえっ！？って思いましたが食感も面白いです。
蟹ご飯
蟹と大根が主役。季節ごとに本当美味しいご飯がいただけるのは日本料理ならではでしょうね
