三田駅から徒歩2分ほどにあるお好み焼き店。
平日ディナーに訪問。
訪問時の食べログ点数は3.52 (2022年10月)
以前百名店にも選出されていたお店で、人気なので予約がベターですが、この日は同僚と試しに聞いてみると、ちょうど2階席が空いたらしく、運良くすぐ入れました。
古民家的で隣席との間隔はやや狭いものの雰囲気は良い感じです。
2階席にも鉄板はありますが、基本的に1階で調理したものが2階に運ばれる運用。

【すじキャベ】
こちらの名物おつまみとのこと。
煮込んだすじ肉とキャベツを合わせたもので、シンプルではありますが、美味しいです。
【ハラミ焼き】
甘辛い味付けで、焼肉店のハラミとはまたちょっと違う感じ。こちらも酒に合う。
【英スペシャル】
豚肉、九条ネギ、目玉焼きが乗ったこちらオススメのお好み焼き。
生地は山芋が多いのか、凄くフワフワ。
箸で持とうとすると崩れてしまうほどで、1枚でも軽くペロッと食べられます。
【豚キムチ焼きそば】
太めのモチモチしたうどんに、結構辛めのソースとキムチ味。
今日一番の味の濃さで、これは締めにもつまみにもなる。
