嫌な予感
店員さんの感じの良さで嫌な予感を振り切る
お通しは餡掛け茶碗蒸し
気のきいた お通しにテンションがあがるが…しょっぱい
店員さんに「なぜ？」と聞いたら 「茶碗蒸し自体の味が薄いので餡の味を濃くした」 との事
味見はしたのだろうか？
このお店は全ての味が濃い
二件目で酔った私が思うのだから 濃いのだろう。
日本酒の品揃えは丸
ただ 大衆酒場とめいうつにはグラスが小さい
飲み物の値段が高い
大衆酒場の研究が必要だと思う。
