幹線道路(第一京浜)沿いながら…ひっそりとした構え。食べログ検索にて確認すると「個室接待」とある。が、軒先に置かれるメニューを拝見すると何とも大衆的。慶応仲通り商店街にある寿司処にて会食予定だが時間に余裕もあったので暖簾を潜った。学生グループ、御家族、往年グループの先客様あり。奥のどこでもいいと案内されたのでテレビの見える2名席に腰を下ろした。温かいオシボリ&お茶の提供が嬉しい。すぐにサッポロ黒ラベル生を注文してメニュー表拝見。オ手軽メニュー豊富にラインナップ。レギュラーの他にオススメも掲載されている。此れは悩むな。そばメニューには何とも怪しげガッツ系に見受ける商品もある。

なるほど。醤油(返し)色でシッカリ味。付け合わせ野菜を巻いてマヨネーズディップしてイン。手軽なオツマミね。ん？考えてみれば、蕎麦屋にしてチャーシューだなぁ…。

鰹の香り&旨味ナイス◎よくよく冷えているのでサッパリ感増し増し。嬉しいリコピン補給。
■牛トロの蕎麦寿司 ¥769
しっかり目に茹で上がった蕎麦をグルグル巻き巻き。その後、置き時間もあるようで伸びたような柔らか食感。上に乗る金糸玉子&牛トロ…。甘く煮込んだ甘露煮込みのようだ。一口サイズだが、頬張ると中中の食べごたえ。

嬉しい逸品。飾り包丁が可愛らしい。

寒い時季には嬉しいデスネ。
おかわり黒ラベル頂戴。テレビ見ながら…スマホいじりながら…やんわりした空気感なので居心地いいわょね。スタッフ様はキビキビとしていて爽やか対応。グループ様席の横に置いてある石臼を見たかったなぁ～…っと、少々心残り。
