JR田町駅三田口より徒歩約5分の路地沿いにある一軒家レストラン「Bistro Roven 三田」。
11月下旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
店内は1Fがカウンター席、2Fがテーブル席で全32席の広さ。人気店なので
満席覚悟でお店に伺いましたが、8席ある1Fカウンター席の一番奥の席が
丁度空いてそちらに座る事が出来ました (^^)/ ﾗｯｷｰ
こちらお隣の席との間隔に余裕があり、ゆったりと食事が出来そうです。
お店はお若い方3人で切り盛りされており、とても丁寧な接客で好印象です (^^♪
卓上のランチメニューを拝見。
この日は
「ホワイトソースのロールキャベツ」(1300円)
※サラダ、スープ、パンorライス付
をオーダーしました。
先ずは香味野菜のサラダとスープが直ぐに出てきて、その後まつ事しばし
ロールキャベツが上がりました。
おぉーーーっ！たっぷりのホワイトソースに包まれ、カワイイ色した
ピンクペッパーが散りばめられたその外観はまるでお洒落なスイーツ店か
高級レストランのデザートで出てくるケーキのようです！さりげなく
添えられた野菜もお洒落でカワイイですネ! (#^.^#)
ふぅ～ん、こんな外観のロールキャベツは初めてでテンションが上がります⤴⤴
それではフォークとナイフを持って、早速いただいてみましょう♪

って、なんじゃこのナイフを入れた時の手応えの無い感覚はー－－っ！！！( ;ﾟДﾟ))ｴｪｰｰｯ
まるで豆腐に包丁を入れたかのような手応えの無さ。ロールキャベツと言えば
キャベツの葉脈やお肉にひっかかり少しフォークで引っ張らないと上手く切れない
イメージがありましたが、これは全く引っかからずスパッと切れました。しかも
全く形が崩れないのが凄い！そして姿を現した断面ですが、お肉ギッシリで
メチャクチャ美味しそう～ (^-^) ﾑﾋｮｰｰ
一口パクリ。
ウヒョーーーーーッ！！！美味すぃー－－－っ！！！これっ！！！(>_<)(>_<)(>_<) ｳﾏｯ
お肉は旨味たっぷり！キャベツは甘味たっぷり！のぷりっぷり！
ホワイトソースはまるでチーズのような甘みとトロトロ感でたまらんです！
こりゃー自分にドストライクな超旨さ！その後はひたすら食べまくりでした (^-^)
ホワイトソースはパンにつけて頂くとこれまたクロックムッシュのような
美味しさなので、一滴残らずパンにつけていただきました。
程なく完食。あ～美味しかった。
今年はまだ1ケ月少々ありますが、こちらは今年自分が訪れたレストランの中で
No.1に決定！って感じでした。
