I ate the lunch course today. This lunch is really great. Especially recommended is Hamburg with demi-glace sauce. Today I had Hamburg for my lunch course. The first thing that came out was a fresh salad. It contained very delicious Prosciutto and tomatoes. It was the best. And the appetizers are smoked duck and ratatouille. This was very delicious. It was the best. And the most delicious thing was the flavored vegetable potage. This was really flavorful and very delicious. It was the best. And then it finally arrived. Hamburg with demi-glace sauce. The first thing that impressed me was the demi-glace sauce. As expected from the copper plate, the sauce was rich and very delicious. I got it topped with a fried egg, which was correct, but the combination of the egg yolk, demi-glace sauce, and juicy Hamburg was the best. It was very delicious. I think it's safe to say that they are a great match. And what my wife ate was cabbage rolls. This one is also filled with plenty of pork and has a light taste, but it also has a very strong flavor. It seems like it was a cabbage roll. The taste seemed to be rather bland. However, the demi-glace sauce is very rich, so when you eat it, the combination of the rich flavor of the demi-glace sauce and the refreshing taste of the cabbage rolls brings out the depth of the flavor and lets you fully enjoy the goodness of the ingredients. It was so great. And finally, the mango sorbet. It was a very delicious mango sorbet. The iced coffee was also very delicious. The customer service was very good, and the inside of the store was very nice and had a fun atmosphere. This is a store that I highly recommend.
