There was a restaurant 2.3 minutes walk from Tamachi Station, and the lunch was around 1000 yen, so I decided to give it a try. Even though the restaurant is located underground, it was almost full. Wow, if I had arrived a little later I might have had to wait, but I was guided to my seat smoothly. There are various types of seating, including table seats, private rooms, and tatami rooms, so it seemed like it could be used as Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) at night. Braised pork set meal ¥900 Potato salad Braised pork 2 types of pickles Rice Soup Surprisingly, the rice and soup came with free refills! As someone like me who likes to eat a lot for lunch, it was really great. The rice was fluffy, and the pork was slowly simmered until it almost fell apart when you picked it up with chopsticks.The flavor soaked in so well that once you took a bite, you couldn't help but want to stir in the white rice and do it again.Eating it with the grated daikon radish was refreshing. I'm glad it tasted good! Needless to say, the radish and boiled egg are delicious! LOL The soup had a gentle taste and was the perfect filling to end the meal. 900 yen is scary for this feeling of fullness. I'll come back next time to try a different menu! It's close to the station, so if you'd like, please try it!
