No matter how fulfilling my Saturdays and Sundays are, office workers in Japan usually feel mentally exhausted after a few weekdays. Today, I was wandering around wondering if there was a good place near my office... and as I was walking, I came across the power word "One Coin" that caught my attention. Try searching to see if you can enter the store alone...? I heard that there is a ``one coin half price system'' that will make you super happy if you pay one coin...? As soon as I discovered this, I climbed the stairs to the second floor of the building (the elevator didn't stop on the second floor). When I entered the store, even though it was a weekday on Tuesday, there were quite a few customers inside, all looking to have a good chat and enjoy the drinks and food. The staff is efficient and feels good. I was shown to a seat with a view of the restaurant's kitchen. What then? This cheerful lady seems to be the landlady who comes here from time to time, and I didn't notice her at first, but she seems to be from China, speaking polite Japanese and saying "Welcome" with all her might. "Thank you very much!" and "Yes! I'll come visit you!" as they did the work of several people. What's more, the landlady handles phone reservations in Japanese, which is amazing. Her straightforward voice and glistening sweat made me wonder if I had ever worked so diligently and felt like I was contributing to society. Then, the girls from the other tables also happened to be at the store on summer vacation, and were playing with the proprietress in an innocent way, and I joined in as well, and while I was exchanging words with the proprietress, we sat down to drink at the table. We were exchanging It seems that the proprietress sometimes comes to work at this restaurant, but unfortunately she doesn't come every day. When I asked her about the recommended menu, she started by filling her stomach with some piping hot omelet. So I decided to do that right away. It's a thick fried egg with cheese and topped with my favorite, mentaiko mayonnaise. The taste was just right...I was surprised by the kitchen staff, but the older brother...was extremely skillful...and his daughters were very attached to him, so it was obvious that he liked children, and the landlady seemed to have a lot of trust in him. While watching this, I gulp down the melted cheese on the thick fried egg...it's delicious. . . That's right, it's okay to say this! ! ! Is it the best! ! ! ! I had already decided on a can of beer on my way home from work (!), so I immediately grabbed some sake here. While talking with the landlady, ask about her recommended summer sake and have her pour it for you. Then, enjoy the long-awaited sashimi platter. "We buy the fish for our sashimi from Toyosu every day! I'm happy when people say our sashimi is delicious!" said the proprietress. Apparently they always include tuna and salmon every day, and there's another one that changes every day. The salmon already has a sharp taste from the salt, so it's a satisfying dish. Moreover, the wasabi here is doing well... This will give you a lot of points. As I licked the wasabi and sipped on the Japanese sake, the hostess seemed happy when I silently nodded and asked with a smile, "What do you want to go to next? Are you really hungry?" Even though she's a young proprietress, I feel like she's my mother and I'm already starting to get drunk. Salmon... it's delicious! ! This is! ! ! When you go to a regular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the city and there's a banquet, there are times when you feel like the sashimi is... This restaurant doesn't have that, and whether you're drinking alone or at a banquet, I think this level of quality and price is an absolute bargain. Before moving on to the next sake, I decided to try the horse sashimi. This is small, but the fat is just right, so it goes well with sake. The hostess recommended this to me as an ice breaker since I love fruity sake. It really goes perfectly with horse sashimi. It's the best. Furthermore, tonight I talked with the landlady about my wanderlust-like overseas travel habits, and we also talked about raising children, and although I thought I should try not to drink too much, I ended up getting an extra highball. Then, the hostess recommended her favorite stir-fried bean sprouts as the next recommendation... When I told him that I usually like stir-fried dishes such as water spinach, he immediately recognized my recommendation... Even though we were both born in different places and grew up in different environments, we somehow hit it off. I drew with my daughters and had delicious food and drinks. ``My father has told me many times that he's going to stop drinking!'' Hearing such a grateful and innocent voice, I went back to my parents' house and started playing with my cousin's children. I felt like I was a relative's uncle (in the kitchen) watching over it. warm. I think that working hard varies considerably depending on each person's personality, environment, and background, but the feeling of calming down, wanting to eat delicious food and being healed, wanting to be greeted with a smile, etc. is limited. I think it's pretty close. This restaurant warmly welcomes customers, whether it's a banquet, a girls' night out, or just drinking alone like me. A landlady who works in Japan, stands up to Japanese customs, raises her daughters, goes to the store, takes orders in Japanese, and works hard to provide the restaurant's recommended courses and services... . "Would you be happy if there was a Twitter-only menu?" "What's wrong with the Japanese on my order phone? Is everything okay?" The constant calls for reservations in Japanese...it's amazing. Even my English is still not at such a great level. The shop really gave me energy and courage to try my best and to try my best. Banquets are OK, and it seems they also serve lunch. This is a shop that makes me want to stop by again next time. I would be happy if the landlady was there at that time as well.
