今日のランチは、すっかりその存在を忘れていたこぼうずでトンテキ定食。記録を紐解くと、ここで前回食べたのは2016年4月21日だから7年近く前ということになる。
地下一階という立地も忘却のきっかけ。中に入れば、心地よいBGMもかかり、リラックス出来る。そしてまだ50代半ばだったあの頃を思い出す。確か2015年のオープンだから、今年8年目。内装は当時と変わらず、栄枯盛衰激しいこの界隈では、立派に老舗。
オープン当初から唯一のランチメニューであるトンテキ定食、メニューには、桃豚のロースを三段階加熱調理で焼き上げ、辿り着いた最高峰の豚の旨みと書かれている。
確かに、焼き上がり完璧な桃豚ロース。ソースはデミグラス、味噌、ウスターソースなどをブレンドしており、トンテキとの相性は抜群。辛子ちょい載せで更に美味しい。
脇を固める、ミルキークイーン種の玄米ご飯と味噌汁はお替わり自由。大好きな玄米ご飯は、健康的なイメージがあるので、お替わりしても罪悪感に苛まれない所がよい。
トンテキ定食は、選べるソースが今や３種類。その他数量限定新登場のローストポーク丼もあるなど、程よい進化が感じられる。
良いものを提供すれば、お店は長く続くという好例。
