ランチをするために灼熱の芝浦をブラブラ。
巨大再開発プロジェクト「msbTamachi田町ステーションタワーN棟」が、先月7月15日に竣工しています。
でも、飲食街などの営業開始は、9月1日からだそうな。
これに合わせて、田町駅から「港パーク芝浦」と「愛育病院」を繋ぐペデストリアンデッキも既に使用開始しています。
実は、このデッキ、、北は、浜松町～銀座8丁目、南は高輪GW駅～品川駅まで繋げる大構想の一部と言われています。
さて、本当か、嘘か。10年後くらいには結論が出ているでしょう( ´∀｀ )/ぽん！
「msbTamachi田町ステーションタワー S棟」の2階へ。
暑いのに頑張ってオープンテラス席で食べている人がいます。
ちょっと、驚き。。
「魚とワインはなたれThe Fishand Oysters 田町店」でランチ。
2018年11月15日オープン。
あああ、それにしても長い名前。。
それもそのはず。
神奈川県の「株式会社First Drop」が展開する飲食店ブランドから、
「はなたれ」と「Fishand Oysters」の二大看板が合体して出店います。
三浦半島の長井港や佐島港と、横浜中央市場へ、毎朝、スタッフが出向き、選りすぐりの鮮魚を仕入れ、
野菜は、三浦半島の朝どれ湘南野菜だそうな。
これらは、契約農家をはじめ、葉山、長坂、佐島、鎌倉などから直接仕入れているとか。
ランチメニュー。
生鮮素材の仕入れ、季節や天候でメニューは変わるようですが、
この日は、お盆休みでもあり、1000円（税込）のランチ一種類のみでした。
ラインナップは、、
●湘南時野菜のサラダ。
●釜揚げシラスと湘南野菜のアヒージョ、バゲット付き
●カルパッチョは、サーモンとマイワシで海鮮イタリアン風
●自家製チキンカレーとライス（お代り可）
●大粒牡蠣フライのフライ三種盛り（他の二品はアジとマイワシ）タルタルソースは、
+200円でアクアパッツァに変更できますが、量が凄そうなのでパス。
さて、ドリンクはワインが豊富・
折角なので、白ウィンから、チリ産デル・スール シャルドネをグラスでオーダー、490円。
よくく冷えてました。ウマしです。
牡蠣フライはさすがに、火傷しそうなほど熱々ですね。ウマしです。
サラダは、ドレッシングが、今まで食べたことの無い味で、ちょっとびっくりな旨さ。
カルパッチョは、普通のマリネですね。
サラダの皿に残ったドレッシングをかけてみましたが、味変して意外とウマしでした。
さて、アヒージョ。
バゲットが冷えていたのは減点。
しかし、なるほど、三浦半島の山の幸と海の幸のコラボしたこの一品は、流石に旨し！
バゲットを浸して、むさぼり食べました。
チキンカレーは、市販品と同じレベル。
でも、アヒージョの残ったオリーブオイルを味変で加えると見事に変化。
こいつは、ウマしでしたぁ～ｗ
これだけ、料理の種類が多いと、色々と合体させて食べられるので、楽しいですね。
大満足の1490円～( ´∀｀ )/ぽん！
