横浜が本拠地な「はなたれ」系列
平日は牡蠣が激安で食べられますが
田町のはなたれの土日はコスパ良い
飲み放題込み¥3990のコースがあります
開店と同時に入店、暫くは誰もお客が来なく
貸切り状態でのんびりしてたんですが
そのうちチラホラお客さんがき出したら
ホール１人、厨房１人だった店内は料理が出るのが遅くなり始めました
わりと広めな店内に２人はきついだろ
(１時間半後にもう１人スタッフが来ましたが)
内容はとてもコスパよく
・水なすの生ハム巻き
・夏いわしと夏野菜の明太子しらすアヒージョ～焼きたてバケット付き～
・名物！魚魂カルパッチョ
・大粒カキフライ 自家製タルタルソース
・あんこうと赤えびのトマト鍋
・旨みたっぷりチーズリゾット
・季節のミニロールケーキ
魚魂カルパッチョはお皿の周りに模様か？と
思うくらいのお魚が敷き詰められていて感動
サービスで生しらすを出してくれました
トマト鍋は写真撮り忘れましたが
ボリュームもよく、ワインも進むなかなか良いコースでした
