本当はもう少し先にある中華料理に行きたかったんだけれど、ランチタイム内にたどり着ける気がしなくて、急遽こちらにお邪魔した。
いろんなメニューあるけれど、すごく日本っぽい。
日本人が好きな中華風料理、みたいな。
お願いしたのは麻婆豆腐定食。
注文後しばらくして到着。すごいいい匂い。
サラダついてくるの嬉しいなぁ。ちょっとだけドレッシングのお味が濃いけれど。
麻婆豆腐、だいぶ熱々で、すごくほくほくしている。
うっかり何も考えずに冷まさないで食べたらうっかり口の中火傷した。
熱々、できたて、うれしい……。
お味はかなりしっかりしてる。
花椒がかかってるけれど、、どちゃくそ入ってるわけじゃなくて香りづけレベルなのがとてもよい。
そうなのよ、花椒はこのくらいがいいのよ。
日本人のサガで、半ば麻婆豆腐丼状態で食べる。
めっちゃおいしい。えー、おいしい。
ていうか汁物、お味噌汁なのね。なんか珍しい。
中華料理屋さんの汁物＝スープって勝手なイメージがある。おいしい。
杏仁豆腐に見えるものは寒天が多めでかなり固い。
あと、麻婆豆腐、メニューに唐辛子が二本並んでたけれどそんなんでもなかったかも。
自分が辛さを感じてないだけ？
