休日の18:30に予約して2人で訪問です。
1階に中華料理屋さんが入っているビルの3階で、カウンター12席と個室のテーブル席が3卓。広々として清潔感のある店内です。
カウンターの内にお若い大将とサポートの板さん、ホールスタッフの3人で回されているみたいですが、サービスはとても居心地よくてスマートでした。

赤酢のシャリの寿司で、ハズレなしのいいコースでした。
ものによって熟成させたり、味はつけておいてくれるので醤油は置いてないです。
珍しいのは3種のウニを食べ比べさせてくれることで、今回は馬糞ウニと紫ウニ、北海道産とロシア産でした。紫ウニはねっとり系で、馬糞ウニは濃厚で溶ける感じですね。どれも美味しかったです。
また、茶碗蒸しが非常に美味しく、やはり出汁がしっかりしていると味がいいですね。
