田町、三田・慶應仲通り商店街にあるビストロ『CRAFT BEER MARKET 田町店』
「クラフトビールブーム」を作ったお店の第１４号店。クラフトビールを注ぐタップが30個も並ぶカウンターが圧巻です。
ちなみに第１号店は『CRAFT BEER MARKET 虎ノ門店』。「クラフトビールを一人でも多くの人に知ってもらいたい」との思いで2011年2月24日オープンとともにスタートした『株式会社ステディワークス』の運営。2019年にはクラフトビールの醸造所『CRAFTROCK Brewing』を始動。現在、約15店舗。
田町店の料理コンセプトは「大衆フレンチ」。
ランチメニュー。
週替わりランチプレート （この日は、ハッシュドビーフ）、煮込みハンバーグステーキ、ボロネーゼスパゲッティー、US牛ハラミステーキ、鶏胸肉の低温グリルなど。すべて、スープ、小鉢、ライスまたはパン、付き。
【スープ】

見た目コンソメスープ。下に沈殿したお野菜が。ほんのりとトマト味。

フレンチドレッシングで。

「棒々鶏」
春雨とチキンをバンバンジーソースで和えて。いきなり中華。面白いけど、美味しい。
【メイン】
「煮込みハンバーグステーキ」
カスエラ皿の中でぐつぐつと音を立てているハンバーグが登場。煮込みハンバーグなので、スプーンでも切れる程、柔らか。ソースは、酸味を飛ばしたまろやかなデミグラスソース。 付け合せは、ブロッコリー、人参のグラッセ。それにバターの良い香りが滑らかなマッシュポテト。ボリュームあって、お腹も満たされます。

炊き加減良好です。大盛も無料。

三田の商店街のあの独特な風情から、ガラリと変わるような外観。スタッフのサービスは狭い店内をテキパキと良くこなされ、親切丁寧。帰りにはシェフからも挨拶いただきました。良いお店には人が集まりますね。
