I made a reservation on a Friday night. I'm glad I made a reservation because it was almost full. Looking at the menu, you can see that this is a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes from Aomori.・Red viper drink appetizer...?・Assorted horse sashimi ・Tomato salad with apple sauce ・Salted fish ・Horse meat Sukiyaki /zosui set The horse sashimi was all lean and easy to eat, fresh and delicious. The tomato salad with apple sauce was refreshing and gave me a break from eating. Since I took the opportunity to order horse meat Sukiyaki, I ranked it the best. This was the correct answer and I was able to fully enjoy the deliciousness of horse meat. The rice porridge was so flavorful that I was glad I didn't have to order it. I would like to try grilled meat next time.
