A number of courses prepared by chefs who have worked as position chefs at star Restaurants such as "Joia" in Milan, Italy and "ARNOLFO" in Tuscany. Among them, we recommend the monthly courses that use plenty of seasonal ingredients and give you a sense of the season. Ingredients are sourced from a limited number of regions and producers, and the seafood is carefully selected by the chef, who purchases it from Tsukiji every morning. Our restaurant uses seasonal vegetables delivered directly from farmers such as Yasashina Farm Tanizaki-san, located at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Shizuoka Prefecture, and Iijima-san, Yatsugatake, Nagano Prefecture. We carefully select vegetables that are freshly harvested in each region. Please enjoy the fresh and nutritious vegetables carefully grown by our creators. In addition, we have carefully selected ingredients, including flour from Aoyagi Flour, Shimotsuke City, Tochigi Prefecture, which has the natural flavor of wheat, and mirin lees from Kubota Sake Brewery, Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, which is produced using traditional techniques.

The sophisticated interior of the store, designed by Kamio, is divided into left and right sections, with a relaxing gray-based floor and a black-based floor that stands out for its elegance. In addition to table seats, we have counter seats that give you a sense of immersion, and we also accept semi-reserved for up to 10 people. The warm and comfortable space is decorated with fresh flowers that change with the seasons, making it perfect for entertaining, dinners, and other important occasions.
