Our most popular menu item is our handmade large Gyoza / Dumpling! Each piece weighs approximately 60g, and is full of volume. Pork, cabbage, green onions, chives, etc. are wrapped in a chewy, thick skin and grilled until crispy and juicy. The seasoning was adapted for Japan by chefs from China. We also have Gyoza / Dumpling topped with green onion mayo and yuzu green onions. Boiled Gyoza / Dumpling filled with chicken broth are also popular! It's an irresistible dish, the moment it sizzles with the meat juices from the ingredients. Please enjoy it!
