土曜日21:45、遅い晩御飯で新規開拓してみる。
昨年オープンしてから様子を見てきたこのお店。
初めは完全スタンディングだった気がするが、いつの間にか椅子が置かれた。
■もろこし茶￥275
■レバ刺し￥638
→低温完全加熱の豚レバ。定番の胡麻油塩で。
■炙りしめ鯖￥638
→こちらも炙り以前に完全加熱で刺身感無し。スーパーで真空パックで売っているクオリティに似ている。薬味がアルファルファで面白い◯。
■里芋唐揚げ￥429
→店の一押し。醤油出汁で柔らかく煮た里芋を片栗粉の薄衣で揚げる。唐揚げ感を出すなら、里芋自体の味を薄くして衣を味付けすると美味しいかもね、ピリ辛衣にするとか。

椅子があるが、脚が掛けられる位置が低く大抵の人は届かないだろう。座り心地が悪く寛げない。
