The soba noodles served here are "gensoba" (whole wheat buckwheat) carefully selected by the owner. They are ground in a stone mill in the restaurant every day and hand-made on the same day, giving them a wonderful aroma and a rich flavor. In addition to the simple "mori soba," we also recommend the "kamo seiro" (soba noodles in a bamboo steamer) made with carefully selected domestic duck. Duck meat is rich in B vitamins and iron, so it has a detoxifying effect, making it a dish that women should definitely try. Please enjoy this dish with a rich aroma to your heart's content.
