年末に近所にオープンしたので、早速食べてきた。このエリアには美味い蕎麦やうどんを出す店がほとんどないので、ありがたい(笑)。
十割蕎麦も、頼んでおけば提供してくれるし、コシが強くてかなり美味い。...
桜海老・わかめ・鰹節・大根おろし・うずらの卵・揚げ玉・海苔が具沢山に、冷たいかけ汁で、十割蕎麦を食べた。これから暑い日は、冷やし中華より、この蕎麦が食べたくなるかも(笑)。

つけとろろ蕎麦を、十割蕎麦に変更してもらいました。
コシの強い十割蕎麦を堪能した後の〆は、いつもの濃い蕎麦湯で、久々の食べ物が五臓六腑に沁み渡りました(笑)。

「あそこ何が出来るんだろうね？」とご近所でも話題の物件は、界隈では恐らく初の、本格的蕎麦屋。
大晦日オープンで、年越し蕎麦販売と気を吐いていたのを横目に、年明け5日のランチタイムに初訪問。

お蕎麦は勿論、刺身、焼き物も美味しく、また、接客、器についても素晴らしい。接待で使用しましたが、先方も大喜びでした。近くですので、度々、寄せて貰います。
流石に蕎麦美味しかった〜

2023年末にオープンした芝浦のお蕎麦屋さん。
この近辺は「ゆでたろう」しかなかったので、芝浦民からするとかなりありがたい。
ただ、このお店の入っているビル。明らかにオフィスターゲットに建...
