本格派の蕎麦店が殆ど無かった田町芝浦側に期待の蕎麦店が開店。気にはなっていたのですが漸く行けました。
ランチタイムでしたのでかつ丼セットと刺身丼セットを頂きました。かつ丼セットの豚肉は白金豚を使用。この日の蕎麦は福井県坂井市産丸岡在来種でした。
かつ丼セットは冷たいもりそば、刺身丼セットは温かいかけそばを選択。丼は小丼でやや物足りない量でした。刺身丼には漬けになった刺身ネタが載っています。やはり刺身のボリュームが少な目です。
素材のクオリティと調理技術はなかなかでした。
一番印象に残ったのは冷たいもりそば。蕎麦、蕎麦つゆ共に好みの仕上がりでした。
蕎麦前も充実しているので今度は週末に昼飲みで利用してみたいと思います。
地元田町芝浦に本格派の蕎麦店ができて嬉しいです。土日も営業してくれているので本当にありがたいです。
