日替り丼は『鴨丼』との事
では日替りを冷たい蕎麦でと注文
せいろ蕎麦は見事、美味しいです
十割でしょうか
風味が良い
かえしは甘めで工夫が欲しい
問題だなぁと感じたのは
鴨丼
これは缶詰の鴨肉でしょうか
3桁で丼と蕎麦をセット提供してくれる価格設定は有難いのですが、鴨肉は感じない
なんかの肉のほぐし身だ。
蕎麦が美味しいだけに残念だ
