屋号通り、美味い日本酒と肴、加えて本格的な江戸前寿司がいただけます。
カウンター席にある小さな水槽には立派なカワハギとハマグリ。
各々のネタに大将のひと仕事が施されている本日の刺身5点盛は、豊洲で仕入れた新鮮なヒラメ、中トロ、カツオ、イカ、カンパチ。
鮮魚はもちろん、焼物、煮物、揚物、総てに料理人の腕の確かさと矜持が伺えます。
日本酒のチョイスは、とても感じの良い女将の「イチオシ地酒」から選べば間違いありません。
しっかり酒と肴を愉しんだ後は、握りと巻物。
キュッと強めに締まった「コハダ」も、酢具合優し目の「〆鯖」も美味しい。
特筆すべきは大好きな「トロたく細巻き」。上質なマグロをその場で叩いて提供しているのが分かる逸品。
加えて魚介出汁のしっかり効いたアオサのお椀が口福感を増幅させてくれます。
