品川まで出たついでに、キヤノンタワーに寄って写真展を覗いた後、
都内に出てきていた友人を誘って夕ご飯。
待ち合わせはDean＆Delucaだったので、
そのまま港南口側で...とビルの地下に降りて
「龍馬街道 品川店」に。
店内はうまくエリア分けをしていて、通路で回り込むような感じにしていたりして
個室は見かけなかったけど、いろいろな人と顔を合わせないように配置してあるの。
同じ会社の人とかがあまり鉢合わせしない、って感じで利用しやすいですね。
さて、ハラペコだからさっさと食べましょ～。
お通しは新鮮な生野菜に特製の味噌をつけていただきます。
久しぶりにグラパラリーフも食べました。
食用サボテンみたいな感じ。不思議な食感です。
ドリンクは「直七サワー」。
なかなか置いてあるところはないんです。
四国の食材に力いれているからですね。
そして「かつをの焼き切り塩たたき」
とても厚みのあるたたきで、
葱やにんにくスライスなどをのせて、
できれば塩で食べるのがよいとのこと。
オススメにしたがっていただいてみると、
臭みもなく、鰹の風味がダイレクトに味わえます。
「きびなごケンピ」はカラッと揚がったゴボウと
やはり揚げてあるきびなごが甘辛く味つけてあります。
これをつまみながら話に花が咲きます。
もうちょっと甘い飲み物だと思っていた「ひやし飴サワー」。
生姜がめっちゃ効いていて舌にビリリ…。
少し甘さがほしくて「フルーツトマト」をオーダーしたんですが
それ以上に生姜で辛めでしたー。飴という字で甘く見てた…(笑)
で、〆に「柚子香るクリームブリュレ」
パリッとしたカラメリゼの表面と、ほんのり柚子の
カスタードのやさしい甘さに癒してもらいました。
鰹のたたきは多分今までで一番美味しかった！
心に残る美味しさだったわ。
駅チカで、雨が降ったって傘要らず。
新幹線の駅も近いから、地方の友達と会うにも使えそう♪
お店の中で飲んでいるお客さん達がほんと楽しそうでいい雰囲気のお店だったし、
ちゃんと覚えておくことにしましょう！
