事前予約して平日19:00訪問。ほぼ満席で賑わってました。
各テーブルにあるQRコードを読み込んでスマホから注文するスタイル。
注文したメニューは下記の他にまだまだたくさんありましたが、いくつかご紹介。
その中でも私が特に気に入ったメニューは【厚切り牛タン、うつぼの唐揚げ、青さのりの出汁巻き玉子】
ドリンクは、高知の日本酒もたくさんあるし、ちょっと珍しいフルーツを使ったサワーや果実酒も。
◆名物 鰹の塩たたき
看板メニュー！
厚切りで食べ応えあり。
「塩・わさび・にんにく」で食べるのが土佐流らしいです。
◆厚切り牛タン～塩ダレ焼き～☆
炭火で焼いた厚切り牛タン。
これおいしかった！
添えられていた玉ねぎもとろとろで甘かったです。
◆うつぼの唐揚げ☆
ウナギやドジョウは食べたことあるけど、ウツボは初めてかも！？
とっても柔らかくてふわふわの白身。
ウツボって怖い顔してるけど、意外とあっさり優しい味わいでビックリしました！
◆鯨の竜田揚げ
クジラを食べられるのも珍しい。
サックサクに揚げられているけど、クジラ自体はしっとり柔らかかったです。
◆青さのりの出汁巻き玉子☆
鮮やかな緑色で、見た目からして、まさに青さ海苔！！
海の香りがする優しい味の出汁巻き玉子。
◆炭焼き鰻の棒寿司
炭火で香ばしく焼き上げた鰻の棒寿司。
◆燻しカマンベール
高知のお菓子「ミレービスケット」にカマンベールとマーマレードをつけて。
