品川はオフィス街の印象で土曜は閑散かと思いきやほぼ満席で賑わっていました。

◆小鯵の南蛮漬け・・・○
最初の一口め酸味が効いた南蛮漬け。
◆海鮮サラダ・・・◎
水菜しゃきしゃき、とびっこプチプチ、食感良し。ドレッシングはコクがあり食べ応えのあるサラダ。
◆鯛の姿造り、刺身五点盛り・・・○
見ためは鯛の尾頭付きで豪勢。マグロは赤身、中トロともに味が濃くて美味しかった。ボタンエビもデカイ。
◆太刀魚の黄身焼き・・・○
骨が多くて食べづらいのが難点ですが味は良かった。
◆キンキの煮付け・・・◎
白いご飯が食べたくなる濃いめの味付け。
◆フグの唐揚げ・・・◎
食感ぶりんぶりんでお肉みたい。このタイミングでの揚げ物は変化があって良いです。
◆湯葉 カニ・イクラ添え・・・○
大豆の味わいが濃厚な湯葉。味付けは薄め。
◆握り七貫・・・◎
中トロ、鰆、イカ、エビ、タイラ貝、ウニ、イクラ。
シャリは小さめ、固めの炊き具合。ネタは刺身同様サカナの味が濃くて美味しい。
◆鯛の潮汁・・・○
ダシがよく出てました。上品な味わい。
"プレミアム飲み放題"には獺祭や八海山などの地酒が選べるので飲み助にはお得なプラン。
店の雰囲気はカジュアルですがカウンター席であればデートや接待にも使えますね。
店員さんはお若いですが替えのおしぼりをタイミング良く出してくれたり、枡いっぱいに地酒を注いでくれたりとサービスやマナーが行き届いてました。
気分良く食事ができる良い寿司居酒屋でした。
