2020/11/27 ツレが雑誌で見たとか。品川だけど予約して行かなくちゃ、とヤケに乗り気なこちら磯松さん。
コースになっている、だから考えなくて良い。ドリンクメニューにボージョレヌーヴォーも飲み放題に入ってる。
今年の出来は。。。ジュースみたいでフレッシュで美味しい。
料理はスタートの付け出し。もずくと長芋のすり下ろし。
サラダは海鮮でトビコが散りばめられ、コリコリのプチマリンが食感よく楽しい。ボイルエビが入って豪華な出立ち。
中にズワイガニがいたので、テンション上がる。
お刺身は5点盛り。ホタテ、マグロ、カンパチ、エビ、ワラサ全て粋が良く新鮮で美味い。
焼き魚、煮魚と続くが日本酒もこの時点で、3合とピッチが上がる。あれっ焼き魚、煮魚メモなし。。失念。
ふっくらとした食感で美味かった事は覚えてますけど。
メヒカリのフライは頭から行けちゃう骨が柔らかい。シシトウがアクセントですね。
握り5巻も丁度良い量。お味噌汁が付いて、有難いセットとなった。
また、日本酒のプレミアムと言える品々が嬉しい。何気にボージョレヌーヴォーも美味しかった。
