本日は先輩達との情報交換会。品川が得意な先輩が此方をセッティング。品川余り来ないですが、港南口側のビルは地下が繋がっているのですね。その中心に此方はあります。他の北大路を使ったことありますが、個室の雰囲気は良く、接客も慣れていて良いですね。
瓶ビールで乾杯。差しつ差されつができるから、きっと瓶の方が良いのでしょう。
懐石として始めから眼にも鮮やかです。
印象に残ったのは黒毛和牛包葉陶板焼。焼肉のような厚切りのモモ肉は歯応えがあり、味噌にも負けません。包葉の香りと味噌の甘さが相まってますが、固形燃料の火力であれば、焼よりもこのような焼煮のような形が良いのでしょう。
褐色の着物の方が居たり、国際化が図られてますが、全く接客に雑な所は感じません。
ハイボールのお代わりのペースも良かった。
