前から行きたかったアダンさん初訪問。沖縄料理というとゴーヤチャンプルーとかソーキとか海ぶどうとか思い浮かべると思いますが、もう少し踏み込んでみると、結構台湾や韓国の影響などもあって、「え？これ沖縄料理？」と驚くようなメニューも実は存在する。
そういう料理もアダンにはあって、いつもの沖縄料理ではない体験が出来るお店。
