品川プリンスで映画を見たついでに訪れた「和ビストロ いちょう坂」。
入り口、内装はおしゃれでエレガントな感じ。前知識無く入ってみたが、いまいちテンションの上がらないメニュー。
「和ビストロ」と名乗っているので、勝手に和と洋の融合を想像していたが、和っぽいメニューと洋っぽいメニューが独立して存在しているだけだったのは残念。
アラカルトで注文したのが
1. マグロとアボカド
マグロとアボカドのタルタルに油淋鶏のタレみたいなのがかかってる感じ。
2. タイの昆布締
タイの昆布締刺身。普通に刺身。
3. たこわさと塩辛
たこわさと塩辛が単純に1プレートでサーブされるだけ。中央にラスクが置いてあって、乗せて食べるスタイルが推奨されていたが、それぞれ単体で食った方がうまい。
4. 鯖のグラタン
グラタンに鯖が入ってる。鯖の味に全て飲まれる。
5. ピザ
普通のピザ。
6. 焼き鳥
タレと塩がそれぞれ二本ずつと
だが、それぞれ町居酒屋レベルの味。一番美味いのが焼き鳥。
品川プリンスホテルに滞在している外国人観光客がターゲットだと思うので、内装が派手であり、和洋のメニューがそれぞれ存在しており、なんとなく満足度が高くても不思議ではない。
