祝日の12:15、品川プリンスホテル内の「和ビストロ いちょう坂」に足を運びました。
友人が、土日祝日いついっても空いてて使いやすいと言っていたのですが、本当に空いており、快適に過ごすことができました。
店内は落ち着いた照明とモダンなインテリアで整えられ、高級感が漂います。
90分の制限時間が設けられているブッフェではありますが、広々としたレイアウトでゆったりと食事を楽しむことが可能でした。
食事の質についても、一般的なブッフェとは違うレベルの高さを感じました。
天ぷらは揚げたてでサクサクの食感が楽しめ、抹茶塩で味わうのがお勧めです。
カレーはスパイシーで深い味わいがあり、カレー好きにはたまらない一品。
サラダバーは新鮮な野菜を豊富に取り揃えており、シーズナルなドレッシングやトッピングが楽しめます。
例えば、クリスピーなクルトン、様々な種類のナッツ、そして地元産の新鮮な野菜を使ったサラダは、健康的ながらも満足感たっぷりでした。
肉料理は、すき焼きが提供されており、特製の出汁でさらに味わい深くなっています。
魚料理に関しては、焼き魚が用意されており、魚の新鮮さが際立つシンプルな調理でよかったです。
スパニッシュオムレツや変わり種豚汁など他の料理もなかなかでした。
寿司はネタがペラペラで、シャリにネタを乗せた100円寿司レベルで残念でした。
サービスに関しては、スタッフの対応は全体的に良好で、特に清掃ロボットがテーブルを効率的に片付けてくれる点は新鮮で便利でした。
総じて、「和ビストロ いちょう坂」のブッフェは、バラエティ豊かなメニューと快適な空間で、家族連れやデート、友人同士の食事にも最適です。
味も雰囲気も良く、都心で5000円というそこそこの値段がしますが、常に空いてる空間でブッフェを楽しめるのは非常に使い勝手の良いお店だと感じました。
