仕事帰りに同僚と駅前ということでサクッと入店させていたなきました。
結構早い時間からお邪魔しましたが他のお客さんもそれなりに入っていたので人気店なのでしょうか？
入り口でアルコール消毒等おこなって早速席にご案内。牡蠣と和牛が売りとのことなのでせっかくなので牡蠣と和牛を中心にオーダーさせていただきました。
牡蠣は蒸しや焼き、生牡蠣だけでなく創作料理含めて種類豊富なので牡蠣好きな人でも満足できるラインナップかと思います。
生牡蠣
サイズも3種類から選べるのでお好みで。レモンとポン酢ではっぱり食べれるので特にこの時期ぴったりです♪
焼き牡蠣食べ比べ
トマトチーズ、グラタン、バジル、バター醤油、アンチョビだったかな？店員さんが説明してくれるので大丈夫です笑
濃いめの味付けですが牡蠣の旨味もしっかり残っててお酒も進みますね！
網焼きロース
いいお肉使ってるのか脂もしっかり乗ってて柔らかくて美味しいです。いいお肉なのでわさび醤油でさっぱりいただくのが個人的にはグッド！あとから思ったけど塩で食べても美味しかったかな？
肉寿司
店員さんにお勧めされたので。種類はカルビとハラミとロースでした。最近では肉寿司っていうと炙ってるとこが多いのでそのまま食べれるのは嬉しい。安いお肉だとできないですからね…
まぐろユッケ
ちょうどまぐろフェアというのをやってたので。
どちらかというとネギトロに近い感じでしたがこれが激うま。タレが旨いのかマグロが旨いのか、細かいこと気にしましたがうまければなんでもよし笑
サーモンお造り
海鮮が売りってわけではなさそうでしたが、サーモン好きな私としても厚さや大きさは満足です。甘みも残ってます。
1人客とかもちらほらいたので、割とのんびり入りやすいお店なのでしょうか？
大衆感ありますが、料理はしっかりしていて大衆系のお店で美味しいもの食べたいって方にはおすすめ！
