なかおちを自分で削ぐという事に超憧れておりまして、なんとお通しでこれが出てくると言う居酒屋さんが品川の港南口に存在すると聞いて早速伺いました。
港南口を降りてから徒歩1.2分の便利な場所にあります。
元気な店員さんがお出迎えしてくださいました。
本日は飲み放題のついたコース。
・本マグロ中落ち
・さしとろ肉寿司
・いぶりがっこクリームチーズ
・マグロ中トロ
・炙り和牛肉寿司
・手羽先揚げ
まずは憧れのお通しがやってきました。
手袋をしてスプーンで中落ちを削ぎ落とします。
削ぎたての中落ちはさすがに美味！
表裏あるのでかなりの量が取れるんですね。
本まぐろという事もあるのか、上品な魚本来の脂がとにかく美味しかったですね。
和牛の肉寿司は目の前でバーナーで炙ってくださいます。薄切りですがかなり大きなお肉！
サシが見るからに美味しそう。
炙られていくお肉はまさに映え映えな感じ。
周りはカリっと中はジューシーな和牛の甘みと酢飯のコラボレーションが最高です。
揚げたての手羽先も濃厚な甘辛タレがさっとかかっていて肉厚の身がこれまた美味しい〜。
まだまだ出ますよ。マグロの中トロ。
これがまた画像からしてもお分かりの通り肉厚にカットしてあり新鮮でプリっぷりでした。
お酒が進みます。
正直ここまでレベルの高い内容のものが出てくるとか居酒屋の域を超えていると思います
スタッフさん達の対応も素晴らしく楽しいひと時を過ごすことができました。
