■お店情報
品川駅はビジネス街でなかなかいいお店が少ない。
そんな中でも評価が高い品川駅近の【三福】に来た。カウンターと個室があり、用途によって選べるのがいい。
今日は、8800円のコースとウニ9種盛り合わせを注文。
先付けは春らしい旬のものからスタート！
生しらすやたけのこ、ホタルイカを味わえるのは嬉しいね。
小丼は、鰻とズワイガニ。高級食材のオンパレード！握りのお魚も新鮮で臭みがなかった。
そして、ウニの9種盛りがかなり圧巻！
いろいろ食べ比べ出来て楽しいし、自分好みのウニを探すことが出来る。
個人的にはバフンが好きです。
わさびや、赤酢のシャリ、海苔に巻いて楽しめます！
接客も良く、料理の説明、ドリンクの伺い、全て等配慮がすごい。
接待、デート、はたまた1人での贅沢ディナーにも使えそう。
