Our Cow tongue made with Sendai beef is very popular. Especially recommended is the ``Green onion and Cow tongue shabu shabu-shabu''. We are proud to serve this masterpiece, which is made by dipping Cow tongue in our homemade soup for a few seconds and then wrapping it with green onions, regardless of the season.

The meat Sushi provided by Takumi uses high-quality meat, so you can fully enjoy the natural flavor and sweetness of the meat. The one you should try at least once is the Sashitoro, which is made with beef sirloin. Please enjoy this lightly grilled.

We are particular about ingredients from Sanriku, and you can enjoy the delicacies of the sea and the mountains.
