Our specialty is Japanese Japanese-style meal and snacks made with seafood and fresh seasonal vegetables purchased from Toyosu Market. Depending on the ingredients, we offer different cooking methods such as grilled, boiled, stir-fried, and deep-fried. When it comes to Seafood, you can enjoy it not only as sashimi but also as grilled or Fried food dishes. The duck we are proud of is sourced from Yamagata, and we recommend simply grilling it. Our carefully selected dishes pair perfectly with local sake! We also offer courses where you can enjoy both Japanese-style meal and soba.

We carefully select and purchase 30 types of local sake from all over the country, 15 of which are standard menu items, and the other 15 are selected by the manager and are seasonal. We also offer a variety of shochu including potato, barley, rice, and soba, and we recommend the ``Soba Shochu Soba Wari'' with a slightly fragrant taste. For draft beer, we offer Sapporo's ``Shirahonoka'', which has a creamy taste with fine foam that is rare in the Shinagawa area.
