[About Yoshida-ya] Since our founding in 1856, we have been working hard every day to meet the needs of modern customers while carefully preserving the traditional taste. Our soba noodles are handmade using organically grown buckwheat from Gunma Prefecture that is grown without pesticides and ground in-house. Our soba kaiseki dishes are carefully prepared using seasonal ingredients and prepared by skilled chefs who create monthly menus. You can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine made with dashi soup stock and seasonal ingredients, as well as handmade 100% soba noodles. Spend a heartwarming time with your loved ones while admiring the Japanese garden that changes its appearance throughout the four seasons. |
All the dishes were colorful and delicately seasoned, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The soba was 100% soba, and as you would expect from a long-established soba restaurant, it had a chewy texture, and I finished the meal while feeling the flavor of the soba. The store is crowded, so it seems safer to make a reservation (^o^)/
