Seafood is purchased daily from Toyosu. Enjoy the seasonal milt, saury, barracuda, and more! Be sure to check out the three items that have been popular since our founding. ``Raw whale sashimi'', which is served with ginger and green onions, uses raw whale meat that is not frozen. It has a soft texture and is not too strong, and goes well with alcohol. "Raw octopus sashimi" is thick and has a great texture! Please enjoy the plump texture. ``Conger eel shirayaki'' is served fresh from the fish tank in the store. Please enjoy the luxurious fluffy texture without any odor.
DrinkWe also have country shochu and premium sake. We have a selection of alcoholic beverages that go well with your dishes.
We have a wide selection of sake and shochu to match your dishes. There are about 35 to 40 types of them. We have a wide selection of rural shochu. Choose from local sake from all over Japan, including Hokkaido and Tokyo, as well as Fukuoka and the owner's hometown of Kagoshima. We purchase from multiple liquor stores to ensure an even lineup. We also carry premium sake that is hard to find elsewhere. Order your favorite cup and enjoy your meal.

Our restaurant is a two-story building with counter seating on the first floor and table seating and sunken kotatsu on the second floor. If you are a small group, please take a seat at the counter. The second floor seats are available for reserved use according to your budget. Overall, the restaurant exudes a sense of luxury.
